Process to hold baptism at Our Lady of Sorrows
1. Apply in person at the rectory and upon filling out the application we
need:
•
County birth certificate
•
$50.00 fee
2. A list of baptismal class dates
will be provided. The following individuals need to attend one class session:
• Parents
•
Godparents
Normally
class dates are held on the following (Please consult rectory staff for
exact dates):
Classes
Español: 1 y 3 Martes
English: 2nd Tuesdays
* Please do not bring CHILDREN to this class. The class is designed for
adult preparation. You will not be
allowed to take the class if
you bring your children.

the end of the class
• Normally baptisms are held on the

English: 4th & 5th Sundays
Process for those baptizing at a different
church
1. Pre
- register at the rectory
• $10.00 fee
2.
Attend a baptismal class
• Proof of completing the course will be given at the conclusion
of the class.
